We want you to be totally obsessed with your new gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic charms, tags, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
